Kara Yokley, founder of RRDS Chicago, is an analytics strategist who helps established companies learn from existing data. With her team of PhDs in data scientists, she has worked with companies as varied as GE, Tenneco, Kraft Foods and some of the largest financial services companies in the world. He was previously a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and prior to that was a Partner and Head of Research at Absolute Return Strategies. He earned his BS in Mathematics and MS in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati, and his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

About Brian Aoaeh, CFA:

Brian Aoaeh is co-founder and general partner of REFASHIOND Ventures, an emerging venture capital fund manager investing in early-stage supply chain technology. He co-founded the Global Supply Chain Federation and is an Adjunct Professor of Supply Chain and Operations Management at New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering.
